The Proudfoot Society
Calling All Eligible Members!
FSA has launched a “Long-Term Giving” fundraising initiative. We are seeking those who will be inaugural members of the PROUDFOOT SOCIETY. The primary intention is to strengthen our Proudfoot Legacy Trust funds to ensure the sustainability of our congregation. This Benefactor program will recognise its first members as soon as it is advisable given the current situation with COVID-19 in our region.
The membership of First-St. Andrew’s Proudfoot Society is composed of individuals who:
• make a gift of $10,000 or more to the Proudfoot Legacy Trust
• have committed to a significant contribution, in the future, to the Proudfoot Legacy Trust
• alternately, are contributing members of 40 cumulative years who have served on the executive of one or more of the Official Board, the Session, Board of Trustees, Church Council or the FSA UCW and who regard FSA as a charity worthy of receiving Trust donations.
So, if you make the Trust donation or have provided for FSA Proudfoot Trust Funds in a trust, insurance policy or your will (or other provision), we need to know who you are.
We need members of the congregation to identify their eligibility by confidentially informing the church administrator, Heather Vouvalidis, that they wish to join the Society. Talk to Heather or call her at 519-679-8182.
Remember, recognition of the membership in the Proudfoot Society will take place once we have evaluated the advisory from the Health Authority. This does not prevent you from considering how you might join the Proudfoot Society now!
