Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share the Sr. SubHub dates for everyone.  Currently, Sr. Subhub will be 7:00 – 10:00pm on these dates at First–St. Andrew’s.  We reserve the choice to alter plans based on the kids’ ideas/plans.

• Over March break there is a plan to paint the youth room at FSA and we will need some help with that….of course we will give volunteer hours for this!!!

• Also, the younger youth group (Joshua’s C.R.E.W.) is having a sleepover on Feb 21 – 22.  If your kids are in high school, I would love for them to come as jr leaders to help me lead games, crafts, movies and be extra eyes around.  Yes!! Volunteer hours will be given.  Please let me know (or have your youth contact me) if they plan to come out as I will need to know how many adults I need to help out.

• It has come to my attention Feb. 8 is Superbowl Sunday and therefore may not be an ideal evening for people to come and do confirmation from 6:00 – 9:00pm.  However, I feel assisting Josh to prepare ashes for Ash Wednesday and doing a class together is beneficial.  Therefore, let's alter our plan.  Let’s have the confirmands and mentors meet immediately after church for a pizza lunch.  We will get through our plan, do the ashes with Josh with hopefully with enough time for people to get to their Superbowl plans.
